You will be required to submit an application to book the space depending on the type of event you wish to conduct.

Activities undertaken on Council-controlled land at a venue specifically tailored for that purpose, with Council permission, and without exceeding this use (such as a soccer game on a Council Soccer pitch) does not constitute an event. This merely requires the booking of the space.
