APRIL 2023: Brown Hill Reserve Masterplan Ballarat Council community UPDATE

There has been some quick progress on the reserve masterplan in recent weeks and the final draft master plan will be presented for adoption at the Council meeting on Wednesday 26 April 2023 (documents are labelled draft until adopted by Council). BHPA will be represented at this Council meeting.

Vale John "Kelly" Thurling 28.03.1930 - 18.06.2017

On 18 June, at the age of 87, Kelly passed peacefully at Nazareth House, Ballarat, surrounded by his loving family. Kelly was the loved husband of Heather for 64 years, dearly-loved father of Cheryl, Diane and Vicki, loving Pop of Angela and Matthew, Troy and Sarah, and Dale and Kasey, and special loved Poppy to Zach, Oliver, Ned and Max.
