the City of Ballarat through the Engaging Communities Program / Brown
Hill Partnership. We welcome participation from all organisations and members of the community, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Fr. Constantine from St. Paul's Anglican Church in Ballarat spoke at the Brown Hill Uniting Church's April Men's Breakfast about the 'One Humanity Shower Bus' project.
He posed the question, "How would you deal with not knowing where your next shower was coming from?" This sobering thought is a harsh reality for our city’s homeless.
After the success of our March frog survey and botanical drawing class,
we ran another round. As the weather was a bit dubious, the kind owners
of the Brown Hill Pub let us sit out on the back balcony to conduct the
botanic drawing class from where we could overlook the vegetation and
still have great natural light.
Following a discussion at the May Brown Hill Partnership meeting, there is now a life-saving defibrillator installed at the Brown Hill Public Hall.
